Do you host year-round?
Our season runs from May through December; however, we also host select additional weddings, events, and parties in the off-peak months for smaller groups of up to 90 guests.Can we tour the property?
Yes, of course. Please contact us to arrange a time, or check out our availability and book a time HERE where a member of our Events Team will walk you around the property and answer any questions you may have.

Do you have a changing room?
Yes, the BARN includes two beautifully appointed dressing rooms with lounge seating, dressing tables, and floor-length mirrors — ideal for getting ready or freshening up before the ceremony. They also make great photo backdrops.What access do we have to the venue prior to our event?
If you have booked a weekend wedding - you have access to the BARN on the previous day to drop-off items, set-up and decorate and possibly have a rehearsal ceremony starting at 1.30pm.Is The BARN air-conditioned and heated?
Yes — The BARN features both air conditioning for warmer months and heating, along with optional use of our outdoor patio heaters during cooler seasons.Are there any catering prep spaces in the BARN?
Yes, there is one catering prep room available to caterers for their preparations, with a separate side entrance, away from your guests. They have a 3-compartment commercial sink and prep surfaces, an ice maker, and warming trays.
🪑 Furniture & Rentals
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes, we have sufficient tables and chairs to host a reception for 175 guests. There is the choice of 8ft rectangular banqueting tables or 60-inch round banqueting tables - both need linens. Our ceremony chairs are folding wooden chairs with pads in a natural color.Do you provide linens and tableware?
No - those items are to be rented - we can provide you the details of a number of great local rental companies for you to choose exactly the items you would like at your event.Do you have separate seating for the ceremony and reception?

🍽️ Catering & Bar
Is there a required catering list?
You may choose your own caterer, but we provide a vetted list of recommended vendors familiar with the property. All caterers must be approved and insured.
Can our caterer use produce from the farm?
Absolutely! Liberty Farms grows a wide array of certified organic vegetables and flowers, and we’re happy to work with your caterer to incorporate them into your menu. Our head farmer is available to discuss options directly.
Do you provide alcohol or bar service?
We do not supply alcohol. Couples may provide their own, but it must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.
💐 Decor & Styling
What kind of decorations are allowed?
You’re welcome to bring in décor, with a few restrictions:
No open flames inside (use battery-operated candles)
No glitter, confetti, fireworks, sparklers, helium balloons, rice, silk flowers, or oil lamps
No new nails or wall hangings (existing nails may be used)
No rewiring of electrical outlets
Popular additions include bistro lights, hanging greenery, soft seating, pipe and drape, signage, pendant lighting, hay bales, and rugs.
📍 Event Flow & Policies
What’s the maximum guest count?
We can accommodate up to 150 guests for an indoor reception using our restrooms.
Events with 151–175 guests must rent a small restroom trailer.Can we host more than one event on the property?
No — your event is the only one happening onsite that weekend.What time must events end?
All events must end by 11:30 PM, with music ending no later than 11:00 PM, in accordance with local noise ordinances.Can we have a DJ or band?
Yes! Bands and DJs are welcome, but music must be played indoors, except during the ceremony or cocktail hour.
☔ Weather & Tenting
What happens if it rains?
We recommend having a tent on reserve (usually a 50% deposit) through one of our rental partners. This gives you flexibility if the weather changes close to the day.Can we have a tented reception?
Yes — receptions may be held in a tent on the surrounding paddocks, but dancing and live music must take place inside The BARN.

What parking is available?
We have space for up to 50 cars, but we strongly recommend hiring a shuttle or bus service to transport guests for safety and ease. Parking details are included on our venue map.
🛏️ Accommodations
Do you offer lodging?
Yes!
Liberty Farms offers a range of onsite and nearby accommodations that couples may rent for their wedding weekend:Farmhouse Rentals:
All farmhouse stays require a two-night minimum and are available year-round.
Liberty Farm House – A 4-bedroom home located directly on the farm, just a short walk to The BARN.
SiloView Farmhouse – A newly renovated 4-bedroom home just over a mile away
Valley View – A large 4-bedroom, with a pool
Creek View – A 4-bedroom home on acres of private land
MountainView – A 3-bedroom home
The STAY at Liberty Farms:
From mid-May through mid-October, couples can also book The STAY, our boutique glamping retreat located right on the farm.
10 luxury canvas cabins with ensuite bathrooms and full service
Guests enjoy mountain views, fire pits, and a lodge platform perfect for socializing or rehearsal dinners
Five tents are pet-friendly, and a full buyout qualifies for a 15% discount
We’ll also provide recommendations for local hotels, B&Bs, and Airbnbs in the area if additional lodging is needed

Yes — pets are welcome at The BARN with prior approval.
💍 Rehearsal & Payment Info
Can we have a rehearsal dinner onsite?
Yes — we’re happy to suggest local options or discuss hosting a dinner at The STAY or one of the farmhouses, depending on availability and setup needs.What are your booking and payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required at booking, with 25% due 10 months prior and the final 25% due 6 months before your event.
