Two beautifully decorated prep rooms in the north wing of the barn, with comfortable and elegant seating, full length mirrors, and dressing tables, will be made available to you for the day of your event.

We can provide suggested floor plans with multiple seating arrangements to help guide you.
PORTABLE PA SYSTEM WITH MIC
A portable PA system with microphone is available for your use.
The BARN’s event team will assist you in creating your memorable day. We can help advise on vendors, lodging, catering, thinking through seating plans, choosing your ceremony site, providing a walkthrough with your caterer, assistance on the day of your event and answering any questions you may have.
Catering Prep Rooms
Two catering rooms for your caterers to use, with a separate entrance, featuring prep surfaces, catering sinks, an ice maker and warming trays.
A FULL AFTERNOON TO SET UP
Except Sunday events, you have the afternoon on the previous day to drop of items, set-up and decorate, and possibly have a ceremony rehearsal (3pm to 7pm).
Parking is available a short walk from the barn for a maximum of 50 cars. We recommend, however, that a bus service be hired to shuttle guests between their accommodations and The BARN at Liberty Farms for your guest's safety and convenience.
THE LIBERTY FARMS VENDOR LIST
When you book your event, we will provide you with a comprehensive vendor list inclusive of caterers, photographers, wedding planners, florists and party rental companies to help in your planning.
After you remove all decorations, flowers and other personal items, we will take care of the clean up of the barn and the grounds.
space for OUTDOOR SEATING
Outdoor furniture staged around the BARN and fire pit gives you multiple lounge options with benches, chairs and Adirondack chairs.
A fire pit for the evening will be made available and manned by a member of staff. Weather permitting.
Cart with Driver
A 6 person golf cart with a driver from the beginning of your event to the end of the evening. Perfect for less mobile guests, and for the couple to use when doing their photography as they move around the farm.

Please contact us to discuss using the hilltop for your reception rather than the BARN and its surrounding land.
